As someone who once dreamed of becoming a truck driver, I felt it was essential to integrate myself into the industry. What started as an exploration of dispatching quickly evolved. The more I understood the system, the more I realized my passion lay in managing operations and supporting drivers from behind the scenes, rather than being on the road.
